Sixth Worst Snow Storm in New York History

Well I didn't really want to go to New York anyway.  LOL  I can't see myself just zipping into town for a few hours only to turn around and head out again.....without sleep.  I planned on staying out on Long Island at a place I've stayed before but, I know from the news reports that they are pretty well socked in.  The busses aren't running on New Years Day even with good weather and I'd have to rely on cabs, busses, train and subways.  Maybe next year I'll be rich and can charter a plane. (Yeah, right!)  Hopefully, I'll have a car by then.
